3- From Farm to Final Product
We follow a strict quality pathway across every stage of production:

Raw Material Sourcing
Our ingredients are sourced from trusted farms, selected carefully based on origin, purity, and compliance. Every batch is analyzed in accredited laboratories for pesticides and safety compliance.

On-Site Agricultural Supervision
Our agronomists monitor the full cultivation cycle, including soil and water testing, and supervise the drying process to ensure optimal moisture levels and raw material integrity before entering production.

Factory Inspection & Lab Testing
Once received at our facilities, raw materials are first inspected sensorially by our QA team, followed by external lab analysis. Processing doesn’t begin unless results match required specifications.

Hygienic, Chambered Production
To avoid cross-contamination, our facility uses chambered production zones. Each stage is monitored by our quality assurance team, applying the HACCP model as part of our internal safety protocol.

Finished Product Traceability
We retain reference samples of every finished product for up to 2 years to support full traceability. Every exported batch undergoes strict final testing before shipping.
